We at Mie Create will do our best to protect the future global environment through our waste tire processing business.
Policy
We basically recycle and reuse waste tires, but recycling often comes with an environmental impact on the surrounding area.
Tires in particular cause a lot of environmental pollution on the roads when consumers drive through them before they are recycled, so they are seen as a necessary evil.
Our company's motto is to recycle tires in a way that at least puts as little strain on the environment as possible, and we work hard every day with the goal of providing products that are highly regarded by companies that use them as an alternative to fossil fuels.
Collect / Transportation
They play an important role in environmental conservation and resource recycling. Collected waste tires are cut and crushed before being effectively reused through thermal recycling, contributing to resource conservation and environmental protection.
The company selects the most suitable vehicle depending on the customer's situation, from small-scale collection to large-scale illegal dumping, and in some areas they cooperate with outsourced collection and transportation companies to transport the tires safely and securely.
In the processing process, we have introduced a variety of machinery and equipment to build an efficient recycling system that can meet the needs of the final users.
Note that proper permission is required to process waste tires, and strict compliance is required in our operations.

Intermediate Processing
The collected tires are selected as reusable, non-reusable, or reusable. For reusable tires, the wheels are removed, the peat is removed, and they are crushed and sheared using a crusher and shearer, and then processed using a chip sorter. This plays an important role in cutting and crushing the collected and transported waste tires, and converting them into recyclable resources.
Processed waste tires are put to effective use as fuel in paper factories and as fuel material in cement factories.
Approximately one million tons of waste tires are generated annually in Japan, and over 90% of these are recycled steadily. Demand for them as alternative fuel is on the rise.
Mie Create will dispose of them appropriately according to the needs of the final user.
